On 2026-10-08 a Tradeify min day ($150) stopped out at −$306 on its 2×
stop of $300. The dashboard then read "stop $912": the next-stop label is
recomputed from the remaining target, which the loss grew to $456, for a
leg that never fires — the day is booked and the make-back rides tomorrow,
stopless.
- obfuscationDayBooked() holds the scheduler's booked-day check; the state
route asks it too and shows no next stop, last stand or hold on a
booked day.
- The account page's "Daily Loss Limit" showed minDayPnL. It now shows the
type's real daily loss limit, with Min Day P&L on its own row; the
objective that passed on total profit ≥ minDayPnL is gone.

The MLL floor no longer recomputes while a position is open or while
the balance disagrees with the books beyond fee noise — the last
settled floor stands, so balance ≤ floor can only come true when a
booked fill crosses a settled floor (Topstep's own liquidation fill
included). The floor also survives canTrade flipping off, so a blown
account stays ☠ instead of demoting to inactive.

TopstepX never reports the Maximum Loss Limit, but it's deterministic:
floor = min(0, eodBalanceHigh − trailingDrawdown), locking at the $0
starting balance. The EOD curve rebuilds from daily P&L + fund events,
with off-book fee drift spread across days proportionally to reported
fees (validated against a platform-reported MLL to ~$0.10). Stored in
autoLiqThresholds — negative, or +$0.01 once locked — so dead detection,
dashboards, and the ruin model's startThreshold all use the real room.
Guards move from '> 0' to '!== 0'; 0 still means no floor. canTrade=false
accounts are skipped. daily_pnl gains a fees column for the weighting.

An eval that completes its target passes to the next account rather than
paying out — the projected completion marker reads 'Passed ✓' unless the
type is marked payoutable on the master.

- projectPerfectPath books each cycle's payout ON its final trading day
and anchors ruin probabilities to the platform's real liquidation floor
(Tradovate auto-liq) when reported, else the configured trailing
drawdown with the maxLoss/$2,000 fallback
- Account calendar shows the cumulative reach % on every projected day,
caps the projection at two payouts ahead, and renders potential days
as dashed outlines instead of shaded cells

projectPerfectPath prices every projected withdrawal as
min(withdrawalPct × equity profit, cap) × profit split, and tracks the
cumulative probability of reaching it under the fair-walk ruin model —
room/(room + dayTarget) per day (the per-leg product telescopes), trailing
threshold locked at breakeven after the first withdrawal, no obfuscation
branches. The reporter attaches the first 6 payouts per account so the
master's payout calendar renders real amounts and probabilities instead of
one static expectedPayout.

- TopstepXClient (ProjectX Gateway): API-key auth, SignalR user hub,
Trade/search daily P&L, emulated OCO exits, books-invariant
withdrawal detection for $0-start accounts
- Platform-aware client pool, credentials (api_key column), and
credential form; $0-size account types match by prefix alone
- Drain stages: min-day ($5-$15 randomized) MNQ legs for the
configured days, then wait for the 50% withdrawal; stage pills
show 'Stage N – Drain'
- Account calendar projects the perfect path: future days book their
planned targets, simulated 50% withdrawals, payout marker

Cached daily P&L rows outlive what the Cash History report still
produces (stale pre-roll dates being the recent example), and nothing
deletes them any more. POST /api/accounts/[id]/wipe drops the account's
cached P&L, fund transactions and meta, clears the in-memory view, and
rebuilds from a fresh report — fetchDaysTraded now takes an optional
account filter so one account doesn't cost a report round-trip on every
other. The button confirms inline first: rows older than the report's
28-day window cannot be refetched.

A firm with no stored Tradovate login can do nothing until someone enters
one, so it no longer interleaves by name with the firms that are actually
running. Sorted at render rather than in /api/firms, which keeps serving the
catalog in the master's own order. Name order is preserved within each group.
The account-type picker showed "Auto — Flex 50k Funded", which put the
mechanism before the answer in the one place the answer is what you are
reading. It shows the type's name now, or Unassigned when nothing matched.
That first entry still clears a manual pin; the dot beside the select is what
says a pin is in effect.

This box no longer decides what firms exist. It caches the master's catalog
and stores one thing of its own: the Tradovate login for each firm. Creating
firms locally is gone — app/add, POST /api/firms, the account-config routes
and the banned-symbol route with it.
The cache is the point, not an optimisation. The scheduler needs every
account's target and size on each 60s tick, so fetching them per tick would
stop trading with positions open the first time the master rebooted. It is
one JSON blob in settings, replaced only by a complete valid response, and a
response with zero firms is refused outright: a misconfigured FIRMS_DB serves
{"firms":[]} as a healthy 200, and mirroring that would idle the whole fleet
at once.
Accounts bind to an account type by prefix AND size, the size taken from the
opening funding transaction. That does not arrive with the first sync, so an
account sits Unassigned and the resolver tries again next sync rather than
guessing. A type picked by hand is never overwritten by an auto pass. This
replaces the longest-prefix helper that had been copy-pasted into five files,
which could not tell two types with the same prefix apart at all.
firm_credentials and account_assignments deliberately have no foreign key to
the cached catalog. foreign_keys is ON, so a cascade would erase the Tradovate
passwords the moment a firm was removed on the master — routine, not
exceptional. They survive it, and are re-keyed by name if the master's database
is ever rebuilt with fresh ids.
The legacy firms/account_configs/firm_banned_symbols tables are left on disk,
unreferenced. firms is the only table that ever held plaintext credentials and
dropping it would make a rollback unrecoverable.

Stage 1 = bg-slate-100 (matches Flat status pill), each subsequent stage
gets a deeper blue. Shared helper in lib/stage-colors.ts used by both
the main dashboard and the account detail page.

State API now returns stage = 1 + number of withdrawals. Both the main
dashboard and the account detail page show a small Stage N pill next to
the profit target value.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
State API now returns effectiveProfitTarget = max(stage profit target,
maxDay/consistency). When a big day forces the consistency rule, this
reflects the actual amount needed to complete the stage — not just the
base profit target.
Main dashboard and account detail page now display this instead of the
raw cfg.profitTarget.

- Add withdrawal stage system: each stage defines profit target, consistency,
and min trading days for post-withdrawal challenge cycles
- Target Same Equity mode accounts for withdrawn amounts when computing
effective profit target (profitTarget - remainingProfit)
- Store fund transaction timestamps for time-aware cycle filtering
(withdrawals before 9 AM CT include that day in new cycle)
- Expose full P&L history (fullDailyPnL) for calendar/equity curve display
across all cycles, with DB fallback for pre-restart data
- Show stage number (#1, #2, etc.) on calendar cells
- Hide consistency reference line when consistency is 0% or 100%
- Settings UI: "After First W/D" column with same-equity checkbox,
expandable stage sub-rows with profit/consistency/days inputs
- Default target_same_equity to 1 for new and existing account configs
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Persist fund transactions to SQLite (fund_transactions table) so they
survive beyond Tradovate's 28-day report window
- Calendar: highlight W/D dates in amber with the amount shown below the day
- Equity curve: reduce running equity at withdrawal dates and show a vertical
dashed amber line labelled W/D
- New Cash History table below calendar listing all trades and W/D events
sorted newest-first
Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Replace fill/ldeps and fill/list approaches with Tradovate reports API
- Add bearer auth to getreport polling (root cause of prior 404s)
- Use endDate = tomorrow to ensure current-session fills are included
- Count all traded days when minDayPnL is 0, otherwise count days >= minDayPnL
- Add PATCH /api/debug endpoint for proxying raw Tradovate API calls
Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- lib/trading-logic.ts: computeDailyTarget() computes the next trading
day's profit target via two paths:
• No positive days yet → profitTarget × consistency (first day)
• Positive days exist → maxDay / consistency gives the total profit
needed to satisfy the consistency rule; target maxDay when far away,
or the exact remaining amount when close
- Account detail page: display "Next Trading Day Amount" in Objectives card
- Equity curve: add indigo dashed reference line for the consistency target
(maxDay / consistency), labelled top-left to avoid overlapping the amber
profit-target line (top-right)

- SQLite DB (better-sqlite3) with firms, account_configs, firm_fees, instruments tables
- REST API routes: firms CRUD, account configs CRUD, state, accounts, instruments
- Live Tradovate WebSocket client: login, sync, positions, auto-liq thresholds
- Dashboard (app/page.tsx): per-firm account list with balance, day P&L, days traded,
target progress, and Dead/Inactive/Flat status based on Tradovate auto-liq floors
- Account detail page: objectives progress, daily P&L chart, consistency tracking
- Per-firm settings page: account configs and instrument fee management
- Dead detection uses trailingMaxDrawdownLimit - trailingMaxDrawdown from
userAccountAutoLiqs; filters Tradovate sentinel value (999999999 = no limit)
- FIFO P&L engine with commission accounting for daily P&L history
- Removed manual maxLoss fallback in favour of live Tradovate auto-liq data
